Return Policy

We DO NOT offer refunds only exchanges. Please take the time to ensure the product you select is the one you want. If you're not sure, or have any questions, please feel free to contact us before your purchase and we'll gladly answer any questions you might have.

This is our policy in the event you should need to exchange an item, you must do so within 14 days of purchase, with tags on, unworn, in original package, smoke free, hair accessories, jewelry, gift cards, sale / clearance items are FINAL SALE, you will be responsible for shipping both ways. Please make sure that your item qualifies for an exchange before sending back to us.  Please feel free to contact us before you send your item and we'll gladly assist you with any questions you might have.

 

NOTE : Damaged or incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 3 days from package receipt otherwise we are unable to process an exchange for the item(s).
